We’re excited to get our tortillas to your doorstep as fresh as possible!

Shipping Method & Conditions

All orders are shipped at ambient temperature. Our tortillas are made fresh and packaged carefully to maintain quality without refrigeration. That said, we cannot control weather conditions during transit. Extreme heat may affect texture or freshness of any tortilla variety. Extreme cold may cause cracking or drying, especially for corn tortillas, which are more sensitive to freezing temperatures. Please monitor tracking and bring your package indoors promptly upon delivery.

Shelf Life & Storage

Our tortillas have an ambient shelf life of 30 days from the original ship date. For best results, store them in a cool, dry place, and refrigerate or freeze if you don’t plan to use them within the first week.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Tracking info will be sent once your order is in transit.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship across the continental U.S. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Customer Responsibility

Once shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for damage due to weather conditions, shipping delays, or improper storage after delivery.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality tortillas every time. Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once they have been shipped. However, your satisfaction matters—and we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue.

No Returns Due to the perishable nature of our tortillas, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

Refunds or Replacements

We’re happy to issue a refund or replacement if your order arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective packaging
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product received
  • Spoilage due to carrier delay

To qualify: You must notify us within 5 days of delivery You must provide photos of the product and packaging The original order must be within 30 days of the ship date To request a refund or replacement, please email us at orders@superiortortillas.com with:

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and box (if applicable)

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for orders where incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout.
