Flour Tortillas:
- Contains: Wheat (gluten)
- Manufactured in a facility that also processes: Wheat and Soy
Our flour tortillas are wheat-based and naturally contain gluten. Although soy is not an ingredient in our flour tortillas, we do produce other items in the same facility that contain soy, so we include it as a precautionary disclosure.
Corn Tortillas:
- Does NOT contain: Wheat or Soy as ingredients
- Manufactured in a facility that also processes: Wheat and Soy
Our corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, but they are produced in a facility that also handles wheat and soy products. While we take great care to minimize cross-contact, those with severe allergies should use discretion.
Shelf Life & Storage:
Our products have an ambient shelf life of 30 days from the original ship date. However, to maintain maximum freshness and quality, we recommend storing your tortillas in refrigerated temperatures once received.
